Immobilized Human CTLA-4 Protein (His Tag) can bind Botensilimab. The EC50 for this effect is 2.04 ng/mL. -
Loaded Botensilimab on AHC2 biosensor, can bind CTLA-4 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P70684) with an affinity constant of 8.815E-10 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow Cytometry analysis of Raji cells labelling CTLA4 (red) with Botensilimab (HY-P99484). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 Isotype Control (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
