CAIF
CAIF is an irreversible, selective allosteric covalent inhibitor of ucosyltransferase 8 (FUT8) with an IC50 of 5.7 μM. CAIF inhibits core fucosylation modification in cancer cells, and suppresses the invasion and migration of cancer cells. CAIF is applicable for cancer research.

Activité biologique
Description
In Vitro
CAIF (0-500 μM; 72 h) exhibits extremely low cytotoxicity in HeLa, A375, GAK and HEK293T cells, with no toxicity detected at the concentration of 500 μM in HeLa and GAK cells[1].
CAIF (0-300 μM; 72 h) significantly inhibits core fucosylation in HeLa, A375 and GAK cells, with an EC50 of 38.4 μM in GAK cells[1].
CAIF (1-100 μM; 72 h) inhibits the invasion of HeLa cells in vitro, and its efficacy is superior to that of 2FF at the tested concentrations[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
