Methylspinazarin
Methylspinazarin is a potent inhibitor of catechol O-methyltransferase (COMT, IC50 = 0.8 μg/ml) that can be isolated from Streptomyces. Methylspinazarin is selective for COMT over tyrosine hydroxylase.
