In Vitro

NECT-224 binds to recombinant human nectin-4 with a dissociation constant of 1.64 nM, demonstrating high target affinity^[1].
NECT-224 binds to the Ig-like V domain of nectin-4, forming the basis for radiotracers enabling tumor imaging^[2].
