QS-21 is a mixture of QS-21-Xyl (250643-56-2) and QS-21-Api (141256-04-4), with a ratio of 35:65. QS-21 is promising for research of oncology vaccines (e.g., melanoma) and infectious disease vaccines (e.g., HIV, malaria)[1].
