Biological Activity: Cefaloglycin (Cephaloglycin) is an orally active nephrotoxic β-lactam cephalosporin antibiotic with antibacterial activity. Cefaloglycin is activity against Gram-Positive cocci other than enterococci. Cefaloglycin is toxic to mitochondrial substrate uptake and respiration[1][2][3].
