Biological Activity: Daltroban (BM-13505) is a selective and specific thromboxane A2 (TXA2) receptor antagonist. Daltroban increase intracellular calcium in vascular smooth muscle cells. Daltroban shows protective effect in reperfusion injury[1][2].
