CB2R probe 1 (compound 28) (100 nM; 24 h) shows low cytotoxicity with IC50s of 1.6, 1.4, 1.4, 1.1, 2.6, 0.55, 2.0, 2.4, 2.8 nM for PANC1, U2OS, HT29, HT29-DX, U87AD, PC3, CB2R-HEK293, MCF7, MCFT-DX cells, respectively[1].
