CD22 ligand-1
CD22 ligand-1 is a CD22-selective ligand with a Kd value of 0.335 μM for human CD22. CD22 ligand-1 binds to CD22 with high affinity and can be used for drug conjugation to achieve B cell targeting or multimer formation. CD22 ligand-1 is applicable to the study of B cell-mediated autoimmune diseases and B cell-associated lymphomas.

CD22 ligand-1 (compound 12) (2 min association, 3 min dissociation) binds potently to recombinant human CD22 with a Kd value of 0.335 μM, and exhibits 91.6-fold selectivity over recombinant human MAG[1].
CD22 ligand-1 binds to human CD22 CRD more strongly and stably than to human MAG CRD[1].
