CDD-3155
CDD-3155 is a serine/threonine kinase 33 (STK33) inhibitor that binds to human STK33 with Kd = 0.863 nM. CDD-3155 can serve as a biochemical tool for the male germ cell kinase required for late spermatogenesis.

In Vitro
CDD-3155 (serial dilution from 40 μM to 0.4 nM; compound incubation for 2 h; transfection for 36 h) inhibits STK33 in HEK293T cells with an IC50 value of 1830 nM and exhibits 14.6-fold cellular preference for CLK4[1].
The kinetic solubility of CDD-3155 (4 μL of 10 mM DMSO stock solution added to 196 μL PBS; incubated at 25°C for 1 h) in PBS at pH 7.4 is 151 μM[1].
