Biological Activity
CDK7-IN-33 (formula I) (0.15-333.33 nM; 3 days) maleate potently inhibits the proliferation of 23 human cancer cell lines including ovarian, colorectal, breast, lung, pancreatic, leukemia, and lymphoma cell lines[1].
