In Vitro

Anticancer agent 88 (Compound 6d) potently inhibits the viability of MCF7 human breast adenocarcinoma cells with an IC₅₀ of 4.3 μM/mL^[1].
Anticancer agent 88 inhibits the viability of HepG2 human liver carcinoma cells with an IC₅₀ of 6.9 μM/mL^[1].
