Apoptosis inducer 40
Apoptosis inducer 40 is an apoptosis inducer. Apoptosis inducer 40 exhibits potent cytotoxic effects against jurkat and NB4 cells with IC50 values of 4.5 μM and 3.6μM. Apoptosis inducer 40 induces apoptosis and arrests cell cycle. Apoptosis inducer 40 can be used for the research of cancer, such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML).

Biologische Aktivität
Beschreibung
In Vitro
Apoptosis inducer 40 (Compound 17) (0.8-50 μM, 24-72 h) time-dependently decreases cell viability in Jurkat and NB4 cells[1].
Apoptosis inducer 40 (0.6-10 μM, 48 h) induces apoptosis in Jurkat and NB4 cells[1].
Apoptosis inducer 40 (3.6-4.5 μM, 0-48 h) induces G0/G1 arrest in Jurkat cells and S phase arrest in NB4 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
