In Vitro
GUVs containing DOBAQ (60 mol% DOBAQ; 24 h) mediate lysosomal escape and release the HPTS cargo into the REF cytoplasm[1].
GUVs containing DOBAQ (60 mol% DOBAQ; 24 h) release HPTS cargo into the soma and dendrites of primary mouse hippocampal neurons[1].
GUVs containing DOBAQ (BV:SUV 1:100; 24 h) deliver BV cargo into the REF cytoplasm and support BV-encoded mito-dsRed expression[1].
SAM-cLNPs based on DOBAQ (4-8 mg/mL lipid; 1 h) are monodisperse 66-77 nm particles with near-neutral zeta potential and 85% SAM encapsulation efficiency[2].
