EB1 peptide (10:1-25:1 molar ratio of EB1 peptide: siRNA; 1 h) delivers significantly more siRNA into HeLa cells at low molar ratios, with 10-fold higher uptake at 10:1 and 2.5-fold higher uptake at 25:1 compared to Penetratin (HY-P2529)^[1].
EB1 peptide (25:1 molar ratio of EB1 peptide: siRNA; 36 h) delivers biologically active siRNA to transiently transfected HeLa cells, significantly reducing luciferase expression to ~50% of control at 100 nM siRNA in both serum-free and serum-containing conditions, and to ~70% of control at 10 nM siRNA in serum-free conditions^[1].
