HPPD-IN-12
HPPD-IN-12 is an inhibitor of Arabidopsis thaliana 4-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (AtHPPD), with an IC50 of 27.8 μM and a Kd of 1.535 μM. HPPD-IN-12 binds to AtHPPD via Fe2+ coordination, π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds. HPPD-IN-12 can be used in herbicide-related research.

Biologische Aktivität
HPPD-IN-12 (compound B18) inhibits AtHPPD with an IC50 of 27.8 μM; its dissociation constant is 1.535 μM, and it exhibits stronger affinity than Bentazone (HY-B2039)[1].
HPPD-IN-12 (0-22 μM) binds to AtHPPD with an association constant of 1.0 × 104.157 M-1, and its affinity is stronger than that of Topramezone (HY-144900)[1].
HPPD-IN-12 stably binds to AtHPPD[1] through Fe2+ chelation, π-π stacking, and hydrogen bonding interactions with amino acid residues at key active sites.
