Indusatumab vedotin has anti-proliferative effects on pancreas cancer cell lines. Indusatumab vedotin arrests cell cycle at G2/M phase, and induces apoptosis.

In Vitro

Indusatumab vedotin (0.4-25 μg/mL; 72 h) causes antiproliferative effects in pancreatic cancer cell lines^[1].
Indusatumab vedotin (12.5 μg/mL; 24 h) arrests cell cycle at G2/M in MIA PaCa-2 and PANC-1 cells, and causes the P-Hitone H3 production^[1].
