Mosunetuzumab
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
Mosunetuzumab (BTCT-4465A) is a full-length, fully humanized immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) T-cell-dependent bispecific (TDB) antibody targeting CD20 (B cells) and CD3 (T cells). Mosunetuzumab redirects T cells to engage and eliminate malignant B cells and can be used for the research of relapsed or refractory (R/R) B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs).

Human IgG1 kappa
Human
CD3E & MS4A1
Mosunetuzumab has two arms. One arm binds specifically to CD3 on T-cells and the other to CD20 present on normal and neoplastic B-cells. Simultaneous binding of both arms to their respective targets facilitates T-cell-mediated killing of CD20+ B-cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Raji cells with Mosunetuzumab (HY-P99033, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99001, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black). -
