Setomagpran

Setomagpran is an antagonist of Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2). Setomagpran inhibits MRGPRX2-mediated Gαq protein recruitment signaling, exhibiting an inhibitory IC₅₀ of 236 nM in HEK293T cells transiently expressing MRGPRX2.
