Activité biologique
Description
In Vitro
Rufutalkib succinate Form VI is hygroscopic with a 5.4% weight gain at 80% RH, and converts to an amorphous state after moisture sorption testing[1].
Rufutalkib succinate Form VI has high solubility in simulated gastric fluid (7.34-7.35 mg/mL) and low solubility in fasted-state simulated intestinal fluid (0.10 mg/mL) over a 4-hour period at 37°C[1].
