Tercatain (7.8-250 μg/mL; 18-36 h) inhibits the growth of Ralstonia solanacearum with an MIC of 52.1 μg/mL^[2].
Tercatain potently binds to the catalytic dyad residues (Cys145 and His41) of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro, qualifying as a potential natural inhibitor of the viral protease^[3].
