In Vitro

Synthetic cis-13-docosenol (0.0125-0.025 μg/μL) elicits significant attraction in adult female Holotrichia parallela at 0.025 μg/μL, while adult male Holotrichia parallela exhibit significant attraction to it at 0.0125 μg/μL and 0.025 μg/μL in Y-tube olfactometer assays[1].
Synthetic cis-13-docosenol (0.025 μg/μL; 12 h) elicits significant attraction in adult female and male Holotrichia parallela in free-flying space behavioral assays[1].
Synthetic cis-13-docosenol significantly increases captures of adult Holotrichia parallela in field trapping assays[1].
