COX-2-IN-42 (50-150 μM, i.p.) protects Zebrafish against Pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) induced neuronal damage and epilepsy-like conditions in zebrafish model[1].

Animal Model: Pentylenetetrazole (10 mM) induced zebrafish model[1]
Dosage: 50-150 μM
Administration: i.p., 5 days a week for 4 week.
Result: Increased survival, decreased ROS, prevented apoptosis and decreased macrophage localization.
Reduced the expression of COX-2 in brain tissue.
