CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (50 μM, 4 h) shows well blood-brain barrier permeability in the parallel artificial membrane permeability test (PAMPA)[1].
CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (10 M, 0/30/120 min) performs well in the plasma stability test[1].
