CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (10 μM, 6 h) inhibits CSF-1R auto-phosphorylation and exhibits low cytotoxicity in cell viability assays of EOC20 cell line^[1].
CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (50 μM, 4 h) shows well blood-brain barrier permeability in the parallel artificial membrane permeability test (PAMPA)^[1].
CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (10 M, 0/30/120 min) performs well in the plasma stability test^[1].
CSF1R-IN-21 (compound 7e) (1 mM, 30 min) shows moderate stability in the microsomal stability test^[1].
