Biological Activity
DAC-2-25 (5 μM) induces extra tentacles on the regenerating oral end in H. vulgaris polyps[1].
Chronic exposure to DAC-2-25 (5 μM; 3 weeks) leads to ectopic tentacle formation that spreads towards the aboral end of the polyp[1].
DAC-2-25 targets ectodermal epithelial cells in a cell-autonomous manner[1].
DAC-2-25 (5 μM; 27 days) transforms the body column into tentacle zone[1].
