Biological Activity
Deoxymorellin (30 μg) does not inhibit the growth of MSSA ATCC 25923 or MRSA USA300 strain SF8300 in a disk diffusion assay at 30 μg per disk[1].
Deoxymorellin exhibits potent cytotoxicity against mammalian cells with an IC50 of 1.42 μM[1].
