GIGA-564
GIGA-564 is a fully human anti-CTLA4 IgG1 monoclonal antibody with a Kd of 9.8 nM. GIGA-564 binds to a unique epitope of CTLA-4, mediates FcR-dependent signaling pathways, depletes CTLA-4-highly-expressing regulatory T cells within tumors, and inhibits the proliferation of peripheral regulatory T cells. GIGA-564 exhibits anti-tumor activity in mouse models. GIGA-564 can be used for tumor research.

Biological Activity
Human
GIGA-564 (0.3 mg/kg; i.p.; once every 3 days; 3 doses) exhibits excellent anti-tumor activity in hCTLA-4 KI mice bearing MC38 tumors[1].
GIGA-564 (30 mg/kg; i.p.; once every 3 days; 9 doses) induces less toxicity than Ipilimumab (HY-P9901) in hCTLA-4 knock-in (KI) and hCTLA-4/hPD-1 double knock-in (KI) mice, as evidenced by lower liver enzyme levels, reduced colitis, and the absence of skin lesions at the tested dose[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
