DSG-PEG5000-Biotin
DSG-PEG5000-Biotin is a conjugate composed of DSG, PEG chains, and biotin. DSG-PEG5000-Biotin combines the membrane compatibility of phospholipids with the high affinity of biotin for avidin/streptavidin, enabling applications such as targeted drug delivery systems and nanoparticle modification.

Biological Activity
The structure of DSG-PEG-Biotin comprises three key components that work synergistically:
DSG: Acts as a hydrophobic anchor, securely embedding the entire molecule into the membrane structure of the lipid nanoparticle.
PEG chain: Acts as a hydrophilic spacer arm, forming a hydration layer on the particle surface, reducing nonspecific adsorption and immune system clearance, thus prolonging the carrier's circulation time in vivo.
Biotin: Located at the end of the PEG chain, it serves as a reaction interface, exhibiting high non-covalent affinity for avidin or streptavidin, and is widely used in signal amplification and molecular capture.
