Biological Activity
Dulcoside C (10-fold diluted extract; 20 min ultrasonic extraction at 25 °C) is identified as a steviol glycoside with a retention time of 28.1 min, deprotonated molecular ion at m/z 1273.5, and characteristic MS/MS and MS3 fragmentation patterns via LC-MS/MS analysis of Stevia rebaudiana leaf extracts[1].
