Dynamin IN-3 is an inhibitor of dynamin I. Dynamin IN-3 inhibits the GTPase activity of dynamin I, with an IC50 of 3.3 μM (based on sheep dynamin I)—and blocks clathrin-mediated endocytosis.

Dynamin IN-3 (compound 97) (4.3 μM) inhibits clathrin-mediated endocytosis in U2OS cells with an IC50 of 4.3 μM[1].
Dynamin IN-3 (3-20 µM) inhibits CME in U2OS cells, with 3 and 20 µM reducing transferrin uptake and 20 µM producing near-complete loss of transferrin signal[1].
