Efbemalenograstim alfa  (Synonyms: Benegrastim; Bineuta; F 627)

Efbemalenograstim alfa (F 627) is a recombinant fusion protein. Efbemalenograstim alfa is a long acting dimeric granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) that contains two human G-CSF fused to a human immunoglobulin G2 (hIgG2)-Fc fragment with a peptide linker. Efbemalenograstim alfa induces the production of white blood cells^[1].

Efbemalenograstim alfa activates the STAT3 signaling pathway, and promotes the proliferation of 32D-GCSFR and M-NSF60 cells^[2].
Efbemalenograstim alfa increases the absolute neutrophil count (ANC) and accelerates the neutrophil recovery, therefore can be used in research of neutropenia^[2][3].
