Efbemalenograstim alfa (F 627) is a recombinant fusion protein. Efbemalenograstim alfa activates the STAT3 signaling pathway, and promotes the proliferation of 32D-GCSFR and M-NSF60 cells^[2].
Efbemalenograstim alfa increases the absolute neutrophil count (ANC) and accelerates the neutrophil recovery, therefore can be used in research of neutropenia^[2]^[3].

In Vivo
