Ethoxybenzene is a SARM1 NAD+ hydrolase inhibitor (human SARM1 IC50 = 0.385 μM). Ethoxybenzene co-crystallizes with the SARM1 TIR domain and exhibits an edge-to-face aromatic interaction with Trp638. Ethoxybenzene can be used in research on SARM1-related axonal degeneration.
