Description

FAK-IN-30 is a focal adhesion kinase (FAK) inhibitor with moderate cytotoxicity against breast cancer cells. FAK-IN-30 can be used for the research of triple-negative breast cancer^[1].

In Vitro

FAK-IN-30 (Compound 4a) (24-48 h) exhibits moderate cytotoxicity to MCF-7 cells with an IC₅₀ of 63.17 μg/mL (24 h) and 93.36 μg/mL (48 h), and to MDA-MB-231 cells with an IC₅₀ of 72.55 μg/mL (24 h) and 51.09 μg/mL (48 h)^[1].
