Farobin B (compound 2) (single concentration; 6 min) shows negligible single-electron transfer antioxidant activity in the cell-free TEAC assay, with a capacity of 0.075 µmol Trolox/µmol compound[1].
Farobin B (compound 2) (single concentration; 10 min pre-incubation at 37 °C) demonstrates peroxyl radical scavenging activity in the cell-free ORAC assay, with a capacity of 8.3 µmol Trolox/µmol compound[1].
