Firivumab (CT-P22; CT120) is a human IgG1 monoclonal influenza A virus hemagglutinin (Anti-IAV HA) antibody. Firivumab is capable of neutralizing H1N1, H5N1, H6N1, H6N2, H8N4, H8N8, H9N2 and H12N7. Firivumab shows protection against H1N1 virus in mice.

CT-P27 (adding 7.5 mg/kg Firivumab and 7.5 mg/kg CT149) shows full protection in A/California/04/09 (H1N1)-treated mice[1].

Animal Model:Six- to nine-week-old female BALB/c mice with A/California/04/09 (H1N1) and A/Philippines/2/1982 (H3N2)[1]

Dosage:7.5, 15, 30 mg/kg

Administration:IP; Twenty-four hours post-infection

Result:Showed 100% protection against H1N1 virus in >15 mg/kg-treated group and 70% in 7.5 mg/kg-treated group.
Could not protect mice from H3N2 infection.
