Firmonertinib-d₃ (Alflutinib-d₃) mesylate is the deuterium labeled Firmonertinib mesylate (HY-112870A). Firmonertinib (Alflutinib; Furmonertinib) mesylate is is an orally active, mutant-selective, and blood-brain barrier penetrant EGFR inhibitor.
