FlCFe1

FlCFe1 is a ratiometric ferrous ion probe that enables imaging of iron distribution in 3D cell models such as tumor spheroids. The detection mechanism of FlCFe1 relies on its structure as a ratiometric analogue of Calcein-AM. FlCFe1 has an excitation wavelength of 405 nm, with emission wavelengths of 490 nm (coumarin emission signal) and 530 nm (fluorescein emission signal).
