Animal Model:resistant population; THL4 (susceptible, from Tasmania); VHL1 (susceptible, from Victoria)[1]
-
Dosage:0-30 g active ingredient AI/ha
-
Administration:foliar spray
-
Result:Exhibited an LD50 of 6.0 g AI/ha in the resistant population.
Showed mean LD50 values of 5.9 g AI/ha (average of 7.0 g AI/ha for THL4 and 4.8 g AI/ha for VHL1) in susceptible populations.
Resulted in an R/S (resistant/susceptible) ratio of 1.
