GAP-1173149 shows EC50 values of 15.6, 18.6, 5.3 and 11.62 μM in U-2 OS cells, Vero cells, CHIKV replicon and normal human dermal fibroblasts[1].
GAP-1173149 shows CC50 values >100 μM in U-2 OS and Vero cells, and >500 μM in normal human dermal fibroblasts[1].
GAP-1173149 (100 μM) exhibits alphavirus-specific activity, inhibiting RNA replication of CHIKV, o’nyong-nyong virus (ONNV), Ross River virus (RRV), Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) and Barmah Forest virus (BFV), while showing no inhibition on unrelated viruses (HPIV3, RSV, SARS-CoV-2, VSV) or Sindbis virus (SINV)[1].
