CAIF

CAIF (0-500 μM; 72 h) exhibits extremely low cytotoxicity in HeLa, A375, GAK and HEK293T cells, with no toxicity detected at the concentration of 500 μM in HeLa and GAK cells^[1].
CAIF (0-300 μM; 72 h) significantly inhibits core fucosylation in HeLa, A375 and GAK cells, with an EC₅₀ of 38.4 μM in GAK cells^[1].
CAIF (1-100 μM; 72 h) inhibits the invasion of HeLa cells in vitro, and its efficacy is superior to that of 2FF at the tested concentrations^[1].
