Dafsolimab (SPV-T3a) is a Mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibody (anti-CD3). Dafsolimab can induce cell death through modulation and activation of the CD3/T cell receptor complex. Dafsolimab can be used for the research of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD).

SPV-T3a-dgA (1.8 μg/mL) reduces viable cells 2.0-2.7-fold in the absence of PHA activation. After 48 hours of PHA activation, the maximum lethality of SPV-T3a-DGA increases approximately 3-fold.

Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 Jurkat cells labeling Dafsolimab (HY-P99837, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/50 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Mouse IgG2b kappa (HY-P99982, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
