Setomagpran
Setomagpran is an antagonist of Mas-related G protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2). Setomagpran inhibits MRGPRX2-mediated Gαq protein recruitment signaling, exhibiting an inhibitory IC50 of 236 nM in HEK293T cells transiently expressing MRGPRX2. Setomagpran can be used in research on MRGPR-mediated diseases, such as inflammatory disorders.
