U-99363E (1 μM; 1 h) binds with high affinity (K_i = 2.2 nM) and 126-fold selectivity to human dopamine D₄ receptors (expressed in human embryonic kidney cell membranes) over rat D₂_i dopamine receptors, and exhibits at least 100-fold lower affinity for other tested dopaminergic, serotonergic, and adrenergic receptors^[1].
