Biological Activity
Gαi2-IN-1 (Compound 14) (25 μM; 5 h) blocks Docetaxel (HY-B0011)-induced migration of PC3 human AR-negative prostate cancer cells[1].
Gαi2-IN-1 (25 μM; 24 h) blocks Enzalutamide (HY-70002)-, Bicalutamide (HY-14249)-, SAHA (HY-10221)-, and SBI-I-19-induced migration of LNCaP human AR-positive prostate cancer cells[1].
Gαi2-IN-1 (20 μM; 5 h) blocks SAHA-induced migration of PC3 human AR-negative prostate cancer cells[1].
Gαi2-IN-1 (20 μM; 5 h) blocks Docetaxel-induced migration of PC3 human AR-negative prostate cancer cells[1].
