In Vitro

HDAC6-IN-36 (1 μM, 24 h) increases the acetylation level of histone H3 and ɑ-tubulin in the PC12 cell line.
HDAC6-IN-36 (1-10 μM, 48 h) stimulates neurite outgrowth induced by NGF (20 ng/mL) in PC12 cells.
