HER2-IN-10 is a psoralen derivative. HER2-IN-10 has anti-breast cancer activity and light-activated cytotoxicity. HER2-IN-10 induces apoptosis[1].

In Vitro

HER2-IN-10 (50 µM) has phototoxicity against SK-BR-3 cells with the IC50 of 3.05 µM[1].
HER2-IN-10 (1-50 µM; 48 h) changes the morphology of the SK-BR-3 cells under UVA irradiation and increases the apoptotic index[1].
