Himbacine ((+)-Himbacine) is a potent antihypertensive agent. Himbacine decreases in both mean blood pressure and heart rate^[1].

In Vivo

Himbacine (1-4 mg/kg; i.v.) decreases both mean blood pressure and heart rate in cats^[1].
