HPPD-IN-15
HPPD-IN-15 is a potent HPPD inhibitor with an IC50 of 52 nM (Arabidopsis thaliana). HPPD-IN-15 inhibits HPPD through chelation of Fe2+ by the pyrazole group, π-π stacking, and insertion of the benzyl group into a hydrophobic pocket. HPPD-IN-15 can be used for herbicide development research.

AtHPPD 52 nM (IC50) |
In Vitro
HPPD-IN-15 (compound II-19) exhibits extremely potent competitive inhibitory activity against AtHPPD enzyme, with an IC50 of 52 nM[1].
HPPD-IN-15 (30-120 g a.i./ha; 24 days) exhibits moderate post-emergence herbicidal activity in greenhouse weeds (such as ECHCG, SETVI, DIGSA, etc.)[1].
