Description	Human IL10 mRNA is the messenger ribonucleic acid that encodes human IL-10. The expression of IL-10 mRNA is highly inducible and cell type-specific.
In Vitro	IL10 is a cytokine mainly produced by monocytes and also produced in small amounts by lymphocytes. IL10 has pleiotropic effects in immune regulation and inflammation. It downregulates the expression of Th1 cytokines, MHC II class antigens, and co-stimulatory molecules in macrophages.
