Biological Activity
Tetraasterane (7 days) conjugated with ALK degrader 3 potently inhibits the proliferation of H3122 cells, with an IC50 of 97.77 nM[1].
Tetraasterane (0.05-2 μM; 24 h) conjugated with ALK degrader 3 induces concentration-dependent degradation of ALK protein in H3122 cells[1].
